    Wasn't his fault.

Antifa ninjas took all the tickets intended for decent white Americans.

I agree with a lot of that quote, but I'd say the event and its attendance were interesting in several ways: (1) the questionable idea of massive campaign rallies, in a pandemic; (2) the optics of a 1/3 full arena to the rest of the Trump faithful; (3) maybe most importantly, the POTUS's strange, rambling, defensive appearance, to launch re-election; (4) the campaign starting on the strange and counter-factual defensive stories about the rally; and (5) the POTUS's own feelings/obsession with crowd numbers and perception of adoration.

    I don't get it.

    He just rambles about nothing.

No ideas, no proposals, no policy ideas.

    Just a stream-of-conscious ramble.

It's like a D-list Seinfeld knockoff who's had too much to drink.

Here is why you should vote for him (however, it does involve time travel)

"Next year will be the single greatest year economically that we’ve ever had. When you see that happen, Nov. 3 you won’t have the guts to vote against me.”

I finally agreed with you on something. So glad that you saw Biden is a disaster.

What a silly slant on the article. It isn't about squabbling over crowd figures. That isn't how it began. There is no squabbling over crowd figures.

The numbers are factual and evident and backed up by evidence. There is nothing to argue about. But between Trump and the journalists, one side and only one side insists on lying about the numbers. A journalist correcting the repeated lies is part of their job. It isn't a two way street. Only one side is creating the issue.

Once again we have to choose between the lesser of two weevils. Last election it was Hillary v Trump and this year it's Biden v Trump.
It is a sad state of affairs our two major parties cannot come up with better candidates.

    From the article:-
"Nothing confirms me in my long-held view that this president and the journalists who moan about him for a living deserve one another more than both sides' willingness to squabble about crowd figures."
Doesn't quite line up with your view so it is obviously "a silly slant".
    It takes two to tango.

While it does take two to tango, had Trump always been honest about his crowd figures, there would never be any pushback.

6,600 is the number of attendees... what an optic disaster...

Trump is lucky no one is reporting on his actual performance... it was horrible... rambling on about incoherent and meaningless things. His heart clearly wasn’t in it and everyone could tell.

While that is true.. this one was different. There was zero energy. He was just a pathetic old man rambling on about nothing of importance.

LOL... anyone think that this is a better version of the story (mind you, a version the trump campaign (parscale) already went with)? You think murtaugh is angling for parscale's job? Perhaps parscale and murtauugh should have a talk?

Amazes me how many cities deadbeat-in-chief screws out of money at a time when city budgets are so challenged...

Do you know why Hilary and Biden are the candidate? Because they got way more votes than bernie.
