I would call for backup from Squad Antifa. I would immediately have scores of senior citizens ready to exaggerate falls and use hand held devices blocking all police communications.
While your point is valid based on statistics - the majority of race hate crimes are committed by African Americans, it wouldn't sit well with CNN. Looking for real solutions here, not more anger that ends in another Wendy's being burnt down.

I don't think you're being sincere. How would a social worker make a traffic stop (the first video/only video with police in it)? The rest of the videos are just recordings of violent crimes. There's not one to call to prevent it unless you have a million Robocops around. I'm all for better trained cops, but i think Woods (who I've met in person and is funny, but also a fat ass terrible poker player who looks nothing like that twitter picture) is twisting the arguments of those who want policy change. There will always be a societal need for armed police. There will always be violent criminals who don't shouldn't be part of society (prison/death/rehabilitation/whatever you think the best policy is).

This is as straight forward as I can be if you look at the arguments defending criminals on here or those who feel their voices "aren't being heard" in the anti police movement going on , some in the process of committing violent crime. My stance is to be personally tougher on criminals instead of giving them too much leeway that is always taken advantage of. These videos are situations where I personally would have cops intervene , but know even the simplest arrests always get messy when you can't use any kind of force. That's the real world talking. I want actual solutions ( ideas at the very least )of some kind of nonviolent task force set out to diffuse these situations that would please those who think African Americans are unfairly targeted. Who would actually sign up for this, and how would they be trained to deal with those who resist instructions?

Get a friend who's a lawyer, privy to real statistics, and ask him to level with this about you. Nobody proposed sending social workers and nurses to deal with social unrest, they propose sending them to situations that they're better equipped to handle than police who needlessly escalate problems into bigger problems.
