My coach made us practice in these! Maybe I need to get another pair and see if I can regain my dunking hops.
Lol. I’m literally 25 minutes away from Chaz. No thank you, Chaz or Chop is not the place to be at the moment. I just want to fly my flag, enjoying the special grill barbecue chicken recipe that I do every year and chill.
I use them with my plyometric routines. Not only the verts but other areas like speed, explosiveness, power( my entire lower body has gotten stronger) have all been improved. One caveat, you have to protect your ankles, you can blow yours out if you’re not careful.
haha, I remember when those were a fad used by the short fools trying to dunk instead of just doing the right workouts. The worst thing about these things is that they teach you to jump off the front of your foot instead of your heels.
No, you're suppose to jump through your heels and the front of your foot is mostly follow-through. Think about it, if you jump off the balls of your feet your glutes and hamstrings can't properly engage with your heels off the ground.
More proof that Latino homies don’t play. Looters err protesters trying to do their things in Cicero met with resistance. These K-pop boy bands are needed all across America now. https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/001/175/682/86b.jpg
A lot of the businesses have moved already even before Chaz. Seattle has been this way for the past 6 to 10 years now. Sad what happened to the once most unique and beautiful city of Emerald.
Capital hill is not a terrible place. Its just the poorer side of town. When I was hanging out there last summer, I didnt feel threatened at all. There are worse places in Seattle. Pack Square after dark is awful.
I didn't watch, but I'm glad Seattle Bundys give Tucker something crucial to talk about. By the way, am I the only one who thinks of Jonathan Richan's Lesbian Bar song every time I see the thread title? Great song. The lyrics have a line about "in the industrial zone."
