Note i'm not on the bridge. I'm watching this on the local news from local coverage by a helicopter. It looks like the driver has been pulled out but can't see the driver as there are a lot of people surrounding him against the wall of the bridge..
There's so much weird stuff like this going on. I got a conspiratorial mind and it gets going when I see random things like this that aren't supposed to happen but happen anyway and end up adding to the CHAOS. This plus the Ronavirus have me imagining a room full of Mr. Burns watching TV screens, twiddling their fingers, and muttering excellent to themselves.
Given that the Guard have been pretty liberal with the use of force I hope your daughter in law will excuse me if I don't go and say hello..
Just saw a video of the actual moment. The truck was honking and people got out of the way but it stopped and then was rushed by protesters. I'm sure this video will be available online soon and will post it when I can..
Don't know why the truck was on the freeway and according to the news it would've had to be deliberate. Also don't know why the truck stopped. Just to add from the angle of the video don't know if the truck hit anyone.

Also the National Guard has been using fire suppression from helicopters. Just as the crowd seemed to surround the driver a guard helicopter with fire suppression flew over the bridge. Didn't see it drop anything though but speculation is that if the MPD couldn't get to the driver they would drop the water to try to disperse the crowd.
There are also two children who were in the protest on the bridge that are now missing. Protest organizers are working with LE and making a public plea to try to find the children. Edit> The children were found and reunited.
LE is definitely not messing around. They just arrested a group of protesters not far from the 35W bridge. The protesters weren't violent and sat down when they were encircled. They are passively allowing themselves to be arrested. Meanwhile I'm getting reports from neighbors about a lot of suspicious activity. There was a white semi truck with container parked close to my house. I and my neighbors went out and told the driver he couldn't park there and he moved it but no explanation of why it was there.

Just announced that LEO Chauvin has just been released from the Hennepin County jail. Edit: Local news is saying he was moved to a different jail but no word where. Probably did it for his safety and not releasing the location. Also Ellison has said charges against him could still be added or changed.
