Seems to be coordinated methods likely communicated through police unions. Not through governors. Mayors and Governors have lost control of their own police thats for sure. That’s where it would be nice to have a real president here who has the biggest influence with these unions in normal times. Or maybe he is communicating directly with the unions and this is the outcome ... which actually makes more sense.

What's funny about Antifa is I've never heard of a prominent individual member of that group. They are all faceless entities. It seems like they are just provacators rather than people with politcal leanings. And seeing as how there have been dozens of cases of right wing groups creating fake antifa social media accounts and posts along with carrying out false flag operations masked as "antifa" I wouldn't be surprised if most of these people are just agitators with zero agenda besides chaos or right wing provacators who want to change the narrative from police brutality and the relationship with poor black communties to the riots.
