Don't fool yourself into thinking there's nothing Trump can do if he doesn't have the Constitution on his side. He'll use other tools to go after social media companies that don't obey. In Jack Ramsay though he might have found someone more powerful than him. Twitter operates all the time in totalitarian societies that try to censor them.
Oh, trump can certainly go even more totalitarian in his attacks on a private business putting even the least amount of control on misbehavior on their property. And it would be interesting to watch it happen, and the reaction, especially from his supporters.
Um....so Trump throws out some bluster about shutting down or regulating media sites because they're tagging his bull**** with fact-checking?
