There was one comment that said the neighborhood was far from his. That comment was retracted and it was then said that Aubry lived one street over.

Mr. Arbery was killed in Satilla Shores, a quiet middle-class enclave about 15 minutes from downtown Brunswick and a short jog from Mr. Arbery’s neighborhood.

I didn't know the son had his gun stolen out of his truck the month before.

Why are you ignoring the fact he initially went around the truck to avoid the shooter and then the shooter went around the truck to confront him.

    The shooter initiated the confrontation.

Welp. Now that I’ve seen screenshots of the victim at a construction site my mind is completely changed. It was only a matter of time before he was given the death penalty for trespassing.

The McMichaels saved the tax payers money by speeding up the process. Such good ole boys.

Anyways unless there is an update I think there are way bigger stories. The sad part is people including the media framing this as racial without evidence. Let it go to trial. I agree there is good cause to arrest but I do not predict a short case at all. Best of luck to yall race baiters and haters in this case. Push your agendas more!

I don't care what Aubry did in his past, the people that killed him had no clue about his past. I don't want a bunch of hopped up yokels riding around with guns confronting people on the streets. People like that belong in a mental institution or jail.

How do we know that is even him?

This guy looks slimmer than Avery.

    Why?

Because he was black and running?

They said on the 911 call they only saw him running, and the law says they had no right for citizens arrest.

They didn't call the police for no reason. They had reason to believe he was the person behind other activities going on. Nothing illegal about suspecting an outsider who matches a description. They didn't just see a black guy and say hey get yer shotgun cletus, let's get ourselves a live one! No they called the cops and said it was related to an ongoing thing. Obviously they had suspensions. There is absolutely no evidence this was a racially motivated crime. Everyone pushing that, including you, is talking out your ass with conjecture. Go read the police report and DA letter and you'll see their motive for pursuing.

Why are people acting like it's normal to trespass onto a construction site? Yall people who say you did that... yall are weird. Just... common.. why? Usually people are trying to steal things. That is suspicious af.

There is a reason many sites have security and many lock their supplies up or even take them with them. It's lazy contractors that may get caught with their pants down and they get stolen from regularly.

Below is an article about it.... since ya'll don't seem to understand why someone may prowl a private property with a new build on it.

Hm. We don’t know for sure if the victim HADN’T stolen a John Deere loader.

Was he listed on the FBIs most wanted list?

No one said he stole a John Deere. You are distracting. Go on, that's all you can do to preserve your narrative of anger.

I don't think it's normal at all. It just doesn't matter to me at all. It's a non-factor. Some rednecks rode around with guns, confronted someone, then killed him without trial. People like that should not be allowed to participate in everyday society.

Redneck is a hateful deragatory term. Racist actually.

Also it is a factor as to why they wanted to confront the guy. I didn't know it's illegal to have a gun and talk to someone. I didn't know it was against the law to try to check on your neighbor's property and possibly defend your neighborhood. Those two men had every right after they pegged this dude. Good instincts and it's a reasonable suspicious since they recognized him from the video where he is very much clearly prowling around properties that aren't his. Bringing a gun was also smart because there was a stolen gun in the neighborhood, and if this guy has been targeting the area, he might be armed for all they know.
