Dude , we are not the police. I would say your last 2 sentences are correct. YOU shouldn't be able to apprehend a burglary suspect unless you have proof AKA the dude is in your house and stealing .

I think having a gun involved in the situation makes your flight or fight response kick in ... and well , the guys were on a truck, flight is a bad option.

I cant tell what happens in the video ... theres too much filming trees in the opposite direction and the action isnt fully captured.

WIthout the backstory the two white guys provide ( idk their names) I could believe that they were out minding their own business and were attacked and shot once a scuffle broke out. HOWEVER , given what they said their purpose was in being out on the streets ... you bet i believe they were looking for action and it makes me believe they initiated contact with the black guy.

Think about it , you can go comb the streets for a burglar without carrying a gun. IF you stay in your car and call the police when you see him whats the risk to you and you help catch the guy ? Bringing a gun for " defense" .... I dont buy it.

These guys were vigilante's , i dont care if they were racist vigilantes.

The immediate knowledge of perception or real doesnt justify deadly force and the manner conducted by these racist murderers.

"Immediate knowledge" doesnt allow to arrest with deadly force only arrest.

By default and normal rule of law police arent supposed to use deadly force to arrest and are punished for that often and as they should be

People who have time can cook. People working hourly wages to sustain a living usually have less time. Poorer people have less time than wealthier people. The poorer you are the less ability you have to control your time and schedule. Poorer people have smaller kitchen space per resident in household which discourages cooking besides very simple things such as a grilled cheese. Usually the more complex cooking recipes are the healthier ones. That stuff requires space. These are just small examples of many that discourages poorer people to eat healthy. Again solving poverty solves the vast majority of these issues.

Im not watching it again because its gross but the part I saw the dude was jogging for a while. Its not like he just started jogging. It looked like an ambush.

The guy looks like he is pretty casually jogging now maybe he was faking it and had just robbed the world but he looked pretty casual all throughout and wasn't booking it....thats actually what makes it more surprising when shooting happen is so unexpected.

you see this dude jogging non chalant with dudes posted up with guns down the street and the last thing you expect is dudes with guns brandished blocking his way and even then it was more them in the path. Then to shoot him no less.

Anyone who says Arbery was the attacker in this case is a dishonest actor who does not deserve to be taken seriously in this discussion.

Two men chased Arbery down in a pickup truck brandishing guns, one of which we know was pointed at him. What the hell do you expect their target to do in such a case? Bake them a pie? That's asking for a flight/fight response and exactly why these idiots are going to be found guilty of at least manslaughter and spend many years in prison.
