What in the Piggly Wiggly is wrong with people? https://www.wideopeneats.com/southern-pineapple-sandwich/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=partner&utm_term=womtx&utm_campaign=womtx
That sounds horrible. Too sweet. What's the point of adding mayo? It would be much better if it was a pineapple, blue cheese and pickles sandwich. Sweet, salty and spicy all together.
Seems like an ethnic dish. Ain't got nothin on Uudet perunat ja silli (spring potatoes and pickled herring) If you ask a Finn what their favorite season is, their answer will likely be summer. The months of June, July, and August don’t just mean warmer and longer days but an abundance of local ingredients, some of which are only available for a short period of time. One of the most awaited crops is the spring potatoes. Compared to your usual spuds, these are considerably smaller in size, have a beautiful dense texture, and a slightly sweet taste. Although Finns eat potatoes throughout the year, in summer they’re served as a main instead of the usual side dish. A typical summer meal consists of boiled spring potatoes, dill, butter, and pickled herring.
Mixing mayo with tomatoes or peanut butter? That’s a flagrant foul in the food game. the Hellman’s is heavy with this one that’s even more disgusting than eating fries with mayo imagine offering somebody a tomato and mayo sandwich...even a homeless person would tell u to stop disrespecting them Peanut Butter and pickles?? Whoever is coming up with this stuff eats ass.
Mayovid-20 incoming. Better stock up on toilet paper (again?!) for that inevitable explosive diarrhea.
Sliced banana and peanut butter, with some sprinkled cinnamon on it makes for a good sandwich, but it's hardly unusual.
I've eaten a lot of strange (by American standards) stuff but peanut butter and mayo doesn't sound appealing at all. Just thinking about how the textures would mix sounds gross..
