    u r merely parroting Hannity's convenient rhetoric

it is as convenient as his prior claims, such
    • Obama was not a US citizen
    • COVID19 was a hoax

The point being, all of her tweets are politically biased towards the left. Then again, that's twitter. So I guess I made a worthless point. Dang. I should've tweeted it.

I appreciate your request for more info but if you’re just going to reject the evidence presented I would hardly call that open minded.

And I’ll help you. He plead guilty. Yes pressure was brought to bear. Thats what people do. Like members of the Trump admin saying they are separating children to bring pressure to discourage people coming to the border. Flynn still had the right to remain silent he still had the right to not self incriminate. He didn’t take those.

anyway this isn’t a matter of justice otherwise you would be with the Innocence Project trading to address all of those people who have been through much worse than Flynn and have far less resources.

he's retracted this plea. So if your proof that Flynn has 'committed a crime' is a guilty plea, does his retraction constitute proof he didn't commit a crime?

    No.

Your ignorance of the criminal justice system is not a reasonable basis for an argument.

    Is there a recording?

If there is, I would like to hear it.

I would love to hear them.

Fact is though Flynn was setup but he did lie.

So far there nobody has presented any proof that he actually lied. He took a plea deal which required him to admit to it. If you look at the context of what he’s accused of lying about the whole thing falls apart. He’s accused of lying about the content of a conversation he hardly remember having. The 302 notes don’t even lay out lie that is criminal. They told him he lied and he had no proof that he didn’t. He did t have access to this info. So much more is coming out it’s incredible that people are digging their heels in and saying the FBI was doing a stellar job by handling a case that’s at the highest level of our government. When each day more comes out that destroys that position.

Flynn admitted to lying (plea). FBI had bad actors at the top level who had an agenda.

Interesting how quickly this thread went from “what’s the deal” to such ironclad certainty around what the “deal” was. There must have been an incredibly productive and efficient fact-finding effort squeezed in there at some point.

So either you don't understand how the criminal system works or you are being willfully obtuse, The judge looks at everything to do with the case before they will take a plea bargain, so the judge had proof he lied.

I think Wallace pretty much sums it up.

Chris Wallace on Michael Flynn: 'Don't lie' if you're talking to the FBI

    Pretty much this.

Again I will point out if people are really concerned about what happened to Flynn where is the concern regarding the many cases of coercion by LE for plea deals? You would think these people would be joining the Innocence Project.

It's absolutely pathetic how these people suddenly care about abusive police interrogation techniques when it comes to wealthy political figures but don't give a **** when it happens time and time again just like that time 5 black boys got accused of rape in NYC and Trump vindictively demanded their execution.

Barr is a fat coward. He would be wise to seek a pardon before Trump leaves in January.

yep, there was no predicate for conducting a criminal investigation interview of Flynn

anything that comes after is fruit of the poison tree (no probable cause)

once you realize there is no legally justifiable answer to "Why, for what crime, did they interview Flynn?", this was the inevitable conclusion
