If "we have no idea" then we should not be taking Americans' civil liberties away from them. If "we have no idea" then we should not prevent Americans from opening their businesses to earn money to feed their families. The bar should be set extraordinarily high before civil liberties are stripped away. This threat, we now know, does not meet the test. Americans can safely return to work, just like they go to Walmart and HEB, now, using protective measures. There is no logical explanation for a blanket lockdown of society. Target medical resources on quarantining the elderly. STOP the use of the subway in NYC (#1 culprit). STOP cruises for a few months. Problem solved.

They should have been arrested. Not for carrying weapons, I'm a gun owner myself, but for creating a public disturbance, which they are definitely doing. It is the seat of the state government, not a public street or a public park.
This is what I've been warning about. These guys are a distinct minority but they are winning as we see state after state relax or open further even though no state has met the guidelines from the CDC or even guidelines that these states themselves have established. If this is a war we're suffering a major mutiny within the ranks. This is also why I'm saying at this point herd immunity from natural infection is our only option until we can get a vaccine. Longterm social distancing as a nationwide strategy is failing and we don't have the testing or other infrastructure to do contact trace tracking. We need to prepare for a lot more illness and death until we get to herd immunity.

They should be arrested for carrying weapons if the MI State House has a law against firearms on it's grounds.
