Heck is a good pickup too. As crappy as our OL tends to be, I have no problem at all with picking up depth there, especially if they get a decent CB next. O’Brien is nailing this draft so far.
Where did I say I wanted him to start? I'm saying that there's not a lot of snaps available for a guy who got picked in a spot where, historically speaking, starter quality players are drafted.
If he get's snaps, in meaningful games, we can only hope it's because the injury bug hasn't ran through the facility. In the end, he's got potential.
But we could have gotten Tyler biadwhatever at guard...which we need I like the draft right now and don’t hate line depth but if we don’t get Tyler I’ll be upset (and we still need secondary help, the higher the pick the better)
I'm saying that there was probably better value than trading three picks to move up ten spots to draft a guy who is going to sit behind a young former first round pick and the highest paid lineman in the league. Does he have upside? Sure. Worth what we gave up? Well, BO'B apparently thinks so, and that's the important thing I guess.
I don't understand why the rams don't get more criticism for the Ramsay trade even though they're in the same scenario we were in with Tunsil. They traded two first for him and he's going to set the market with his new contract. Were they even in the playoffs?
