Loved it. Ashland/Bayland/Highland, 11th St...had duplexes and little bungalows back in the 90's.

Sand Dollar and Value Village were proper thrift stores, you could walk in with $20 and walk out with multiple treasures.

Is Alice's Tall Texan still around? Shiloh?

I drove my dog to Home Depot for a "curbside pickup". I ended up kind of torturing her. It took about ten minutes just to get someone on the phone given the number you are to call. Then, he brought out the order and I questioned the accuracy of the order. He tells me "you only ordered one of these" and I thought I ordered a 2-pack. He then walks off. I then find I did order a 2-pack and I didn't mess up. He lied. I then have to call the number again and then find him. The whole time time my dog is panting in the back seat screaming "GET ME THE F*CK OUTTA HERE!". I then catch up with the guy as he delivers another order. He goes to re-shop and I see him 15 minutes later. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and my dog was getting pissy. I then decided to abandon picking up breakfast so I could get her home.

I guess it wouldn't have been so bad if they get your order right the first time but then you are left scrambling if they get it wrong to correct it.

    PURE TORTURE! ;)
