    More concerned about my refund than a stimulus check. Filed in February and still waiting.

    Of course, when I put my info into the IRS 'where's my refund' website, it doesn't recognize it. This happens every single year.

    I owed money for 2019 and filed in Feb. I was told by the CPA that the IRS would withdraw the funds on 4-15. Not sure if the delayed tax day buys me an extra 3 months with my cash or if they will withdraw it tomorrow.

    it goes by both. if 2019 were filed, it will go by that. if not, it moves onto 2018
