The “McNair’s” also don’t win meaningful football games.

The McNairs don't know how to run a championship organization. Which is why the Texans have never been to an AFC Championship game much less the Super Bowl. Which is how you give a mediocre NFL Head coach total control. Obrien is over is head and everyone knows it but THE MCNAIRS!

Why? So O'Brien can screw his career up as well?

    Mahomes is great

We can only hope Watson reaches the level of Mahomes play.

Regardless of who the HC is.

Mahomes has a better Front office, a better HC, a better playcaller and better skill players around him. There's not one skill player on the Texans who could start for the Chiefs right now. And they have continuity as a unit. There's no way Watson is going to perform as good as Mahomes. That's wishful thinking.

If we still had hopkins, get rid of BoB completely. Watson has potential to b god tier. Now he might okay tier his talent hindered by lack of reliable target plus a sht fo/coach

All I keep hearing is they're trying to build a culture. A culture of what exactly? You can't build a culture when your leader is some impulsive egotistical petty mofo. The reason Brady took a pay cut all those years and was about "T E A M".. was because they had won 3 superbowls already. These chowderhead rejects choke away divisional rounds. And to give them control of this organization is criminal. The Jags, Colts and the Titans have appeared in a AFC championship game. It's pathetic.

if bill o'brien was the hc and gm of the team he would have traded Tom Brady for a 3rd rounder back in 2011 when he got into an argument with him on the sidelines
