This assumes that giving his money away is the most efficient way for him to make a positive impact. If he had given his money away 30 years ago, for example, the impact he could make in the world today would be greatly diminished. Just as an example, he probably wouldn't have been able to create the Giving Pledge later on, which has leveraged hundreds of billions in additional money to charitable causes.

Buy an eight ball and go hard at it for one day and all night. Do a few lines and you get really high. Then, you come down an hour or so later. Then, repeat. I was just talking to friend who is recovering from the disease. She’s in her early thirties and said that the coughing and chest pressure was horrible. I asked her about the loss of smell and taste.
