You can’t fail for three months and somehow have success. Tens of thousands people are going to die.

Even if the Trump administration had done everything right from day one people were going to die. But the Trump administration failed to act when they had information that could have made a difference.

Trump can try to blame everyone but himself. But, he and his administration failed. Plain and simple.

We're way past the successful response rubicon. At this point it's about having the fewest deaths possible and the quickest bounce back of the economy as possible which is a challenge when the President is a narcissistic liar who can't be trusted and really just can't be believed on any level.

You meant 400,000 cases with 13,000 death is a success? That's your ****ing saint? OK. Hope your saint will lead you sir and your family to his success.

I was thinking a bit more about the data accuracy to be able to compare country-to-country and say which did better or worse. Countries with a lot of testing might appear to have more spread and less lethality than a country with a testing deficit, for example. But, when this is over I think there's some statistical analysis that can be done on mortality rates by country that can divine corona deaths without relying on who tested positive at all. It can also account for people who died of non-corona causes that are still attributable to the pandemic (like from lack of hospital capacity). I think we'll be able to make a pretty authoritative statistical ranking of who handled it best.
