I don't get how nonprofit orgs like the Kennedy center aren't so-called job creators. They create ****ing jobs for people. Lots of them in fact. Just becuase they don't extract tons of money and distribute it to a bnch of shareholders doesn't mean the people they employ aren't employed or are less employed than Carnival cruise or Bank of America.
They've got history with each other. On April 10, 2019, Massie got in a tense exchange with Former Secretary of State John Kerry during Kerry's testimony to the House Oversight and Reform Committee when Massie called Kerry's political science degree from Yale University a "pseudoscience degree" and called Kerry's position on climate change "pseudoscience." Kerry responded, "Are you serious? I mean this is really a serious happening here?" From what I can tell on his voting record, Massie loves pulling this crap...many times he's been the only one voting against a bill or one of a few that vote against it. Trump's actually correct in that he's a Grandstander (although I sort of agree on everyone having to record their vote). Sounds like he's trying to make a name for himself on the national stage in order to move up in the world. I do find it funny that Trump is going after him though considering he's been one of Trump's strongest supporters. But, Trump only thinks in the here-and-now so now Massie is enemy #1.
