been keeping up with all your posts and that one made me read some stuff online ... here it is click the red arrow and it should take you to it
Uhh out of fear... he received death threats. My guess is he didn’t want his grandpa taking a tire iron to knees and skull.
I would imagine he got totally ****ed with by many people/peers on social media, by his parents and all of his parents' friends, and he just said something to get people off his back. He's not self-aware enough to actually care that he was wrong.
I think he should be perfect for commercials as a spokesperson in combating Covid-19. "So yeah, like wash your hands, don't go out and party"
agreed. i did some stupid stuff in hs/college, but definitely not this stupid and endanger the lives of people in my life. i don't think youth should be an excuse, the breh is in college (?), therefore we should be able to hold him accountable and hold him to a certain standard.
Spoiler: What is the Waffle House Index lulz The Waffle House Index is an informal metric named after the Waffle House restaurant chain and is used by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to determine the effect of a storm and the likely scale of assistance required for disaster recovery.[1] If you get there and the Waffle House is closed? That's really bad...[2] — Craig Fugate, Former Head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency The measure is based on the reputation of Waffle House for having good disaster preparedness and staying open during extreme weather, or reopening quickly afterwards.
Why is that true? I have read same thing but I thought main route of transmission was droplets and not the rare aerosol Why wouldn’t a less effective mask still provide protection by blocking droplets if someone sneezes or coughs in your direction? Medical professionals are at much higher risk of encountering the virus in an aerosol state. Low probability for regular folks to do so.
It's legit, but that's much more appropriate for natural disasters than viral pandemics. Not sure why you're lulz'ing at it.
Damn Harris and brazoria county cases nearly doubled yesterday... hopefully more a factor of increased testing than actual trajectory. No more deaths here at least. If my grandpa takes a tire iron, my grandpa takes a tire iron. At the end of the day, I'm not going to let it stop me from partying.
https://www.kentucky.com/news/coronavirus/article241471706.html Beshear said social distancing is crucially important as the number of COVID-19 cases surge in Kentucky and around the world. He said he was “mad” that someone tested positive after attending a “coronavirus party.” “Anyone who goes to something like this may think they’re indestructible, but it’s someone else’s loved one that they are going to hurt,” Beshear said. “We are battling for the health and the lives of our parents and our grandparents. Don’t be callous as to intentionally go to something and expose yourself to something that will hurt other people. We ought to be much better than that.” Beshear said it was a group of young adults in their 20s who attended the party. He said he doesn’t believe the people there knew someone had the virus and urged Kentuckians to forgive the person.
