    Trump has no core principles other than enriching himself and given his own history with debt I can see why this probably isn't a big deal to him. For Senators like Ernst, Collins, Gardner, and McSally given how vulnerable they are this was probably an easy vote.

    As has been pointed out, Trump hired, gave power to and hasn't fired DeVos. He absolutely deserves blame.
