I think NBA should suspend the season, at least until a vaccine is created. If the virus spreads to one of these dudes pretty much half the NBA would be infected ina couple of days they sweating and banging against each other every time they are on the court. When they sit down they are all together on one bench jawing with each other then they all leave on the plane together.
They have all been racing for a vaccine but some have shifted focus to drugs. Drugs do not need that much of trial time.

We should just finish the season on nba2k20 and broadcast nba players playing themselves on the game vs the scheduled opponents doing the same.
Yeah no point waiting on a vaccine. The infection will have run its course by then. I did hear a rumor that games will be cancelled for two weeks. Pretty much the only way to nip this in the bud for the US. We don't have the resources for an uncontrolled outbreak.
I expect things to get pretty bad in the Bay Area. Just a whole lotta people and a whole lotta people who have to move around every day.
I dont trust most NBA players to take the needed precautions so its only a matter of time before one of them tests positive and the season is suspended. It doesnt matter if they get it mildly, even with the slightest symptoms of fever and coughs you bet their team would be testing them.
