woops sorry I didn't back read my bad. I am also following this doctor's videos every day he is the most helpful. Just keep in mind not to take too much vitamin D. If someone has heart problems or kidney problems especially. If you have tablets for osteoporosis they usually come at 2000 IU. These aren't for daily doses or you will get tachycardia and kidney stones. If you are severely deficient in vitamin D, without heart issues you can take 1 each for the first 1-3 days to boost your levels and after that take one every 4 days. But I guess we first need to make it through this pandemic to have the chance to develop kidney stones. For vitamin C you can take as much as you want even if it is 10 times more than the recommended amount.
I don't talk, more of a reader...but i am sitting in China (Guangzhou) and can read clutchfans anytime i want...using no VPN. I can read all news from USA using no VPN. Just cannot access facebook, youtube, twitter...but i don't use them anyway..so no loss. And everyone is carrying on with their lives, taking precautions but things are normal. Well except for the older people. I don't see many outside, so they are probably taking extra precautions. Got stuck here, when the Virus happen, so unable to fly back to USA and with the way things are going maybe a good idea for now.
