There is always the newspaper in times of need. Btw the new virus is thought to also be transmitted through urine. So always close the top of the toilet before your flush and wash your hands. I say this because some (many really) men are disgusting in their toilet habits.
Man that's awful, I narrowly missed one in Lago Vista once off 1431 once. I mean it was close.... Was able to slow down enough without making a dangerous situation. Hunting deer is one thing but hitting an animal is just awful way for the animal to go.
The thing is that this is simply an uncontainable virus unless you do what South Korea or China do. So the politicians are out there spreading lies to stop the panic. I dont know about the USA but here it has the opposite result with most people thinking only washing hands is enough and it is only a simple flu. They have broken the ban and even went to carnivals and football matches. They believe they are impervious to "the new flu". It is a disgrace and will endanger the sensitive population like their grandparents.
Yes, the older population is my biggest fear, especially when people sometimes don't even know how to wash hands... It's like why weren't they using hand sanitizer/soap before?? Haha, I mean the flu sure as hell was here before covid... And now it's like full on- buy all the hand sanitizer
No need to tell me, germaphobe here. Something that blows my mind is that we turn the sink faucet handles with our dick hands, wash our hands clean, and then proceed to turn the faucet off with our clean hands... nobody blinks an eye this is normal somehow? I always kick flush the toilets, always use paper towels to turn off the faucets and to open the door when leaving the bathroom.
That's a sketchy road to drive because of the traffic and the morons, 10AM on a Tuesday is about the only time I like to do it. Really pretty though.
Yes, it's a great thing to see and used to be a decent drive, but traffic really ruined it... I also don't like seeing all the hills closer to cedar park as you're going to lago being filled with subdivisions, I mean that used to be just open land with occasional houses
Do you know about the number and availability of ICU beds in the US and how many test the labs can handle daily? ICU beds are the factor that is going to determine from here on out how much a country suffers. I have seen the numbers about the NHS and it isn't pretty. Only 4k for 60 millions. Here we have a huge number of beds but our ICU beds are pitifully low and already full from flu patients (already more than 80 deaths this flu season). That is with more than 60% of the sensitive population already vaccinated but it was such bad luck that it happened now that the flu vaccine is faulty. Hopefully the flu will go away before we get the fullblown epidemic. This can determine the life and death of most severe cases (not even critical).
So in bathroom rooms... I'll use the paper towel or even back of hand (especially if at a restaurant) to turn the sink off. I'm not a crazy germaphobe but when I see the last guy use the bathroom, and then not wash his hands.... It's kinda gross, I mean why can't everyone just wash their hands?
Not as bad as sh*t hands lol. Why men get this more is interesting, why so far no children 9 and under have died is also very interesting, I wonder if it has to do with the difference in the immune systems.
There was an interview with some journalist 20 years ago or so, he was at a boxing match in Vegas and Don King happens to walk up to the urinal next to him. He finishes and goes to the sink, then Don does, and proceeds to fix his hair. Guy says "aren't you going to wash your hands?" and Don Kings looks at him and says "Son, I wash my hands *before* I touch my dick". Don't know why I remember that, but it's made me laugh ever since.

Dont pay attention to the Sars+AIDS it is only sensational writing. Many viruses cause the same but they aren't called AIDS like. Before I thought the men to women difference was because of China's gender ratio (much more men than women) but now maybe it is also because of dick hands. Many men I have noticed don't even wash their hands after peeing.
I don't have the numbers directly on hand but some of the raw numbers iirc, like let's say just 30% got this in the USA (so ~110 mil) and then 10% were critical/required hospitalization (so 11 mil) it would dwarf our entire health infrastructure. The idea I think we have is to somehow rotate/limit the spread, but so far the planning has been awful...
I dont think any healthcare system in the world is prepared for 10% of the population being in critical condition or even just requiring oxygen. :/ I worry especially since I believe the rate of diabetes and high blood pressure in the West is much bigger than in countries like South Korea or China. Just praying for summer at this point.
Yeah, hygiene absolutely is bigger issue in the men's restroom.... And def agree, I don't know why they do this on the sensationalized writing... It's like the virus alone is interesting..
