So if last night was a referendum on "moderate" dems and "liberal" dems...Bloomberg and Biden split the moderate vote and Warren and Sanders split the liberal vote: Sanders should be very concerned. Obama called up Amy, Pete and dusted off Beto and told them to back Biden. This has already been reported. Obama hasn't endorsed anyone, but he used his political savvy to pull together the mess of the Democratic party or they were going to lose. If Obama comes out and endorses Biden this thing would already be over. 50% of black voters in SC said Clyburn's endorsement was the reason they voted for Biden. FIFTY PERCENT. Media then ran away with the story and then the south followed suit. Biden has done NOTHING for black people, lied about getting arrested to meet Mandela and everything. come on, man. Pay attention.

That leaves 28% for the rest of us to share - unevenly as the ultra rich are still gonna get the lions share of what's left and the rest of us get a few crumbs. Bernie turning to the "I'm pure and you're not" victim-hood messaging strategy now I feel is a complete mistake that will turn off those voters he needs to get the delegates. I've thought, and I still think that Bernie can win this thing by expanding his electorate. His outreach to Latinos is something I feel is a gold mine strategy but I don't see him going deeper down that road. There's also the youth vote which the data shows he's actually not performing as well with that he would lead you to believe. I also believe that Bernie's path was not to double down on M4A, but to run on secure and expand in a more broad sense with M4A to be the gold standard. However, he's got to put people at ease that he has a practical path and that he won't spend his entire first term fighting with Congress on a bill that will go nowhere.
Biden is saving the Democrat party. He actually has a chance against Trump, but more than that, if Bernie was the ticket, the Republicans would take back the House and have Trump for 4 more years. Democrats know this.
I like what you're saying.... Bernie has done a lot to reach out to people and to get the movement that he has... He comes out and says "that he and Biden should not be putting out negative ads and discuss their different policies". But he has already put out negative ads against Biden and I have yet to hear about Biden putting out anything negative on him.. Then he comes back and talk about how Biden has all these millionaires and all this money, yet he was stated before the SC vote that Biden was running out of money... As Bernie is talking about him against the Establishment, he comes back and puts out an AD with him and Obama.. Come On Man.... This is the same BS that Trump would do and this crap just gets old.... Bernie has got to stop talking about revolution and drop the democratic socialist tag. That speech was not it. People like his policies, but seem to think revolution means cars on fire in the streets. Since young people aren't voting in the numbers he wants, he has to appeal to the terrified old people.
Most of the polls show 54-56% of American's have a strong dislike for him..... and usually around 40% have a strong like of him. Now...... that doesn't mean who votes and doesn't vote....... He has said and done a lot of things that offend people and that is why he elicits strong opinions.
Will try to sum it up.. 1. Was clearing that air about his supporters... Saying that people are calling or associating his campaign and supporters to Nazis.. 2. How he likes Biden and has nothing against him, Biden is a good human being. 3. Both campaigns should not be pushing negatives ads and stick to debating the Policies and how he and Biden are so different. 4. How Biden will have to answer to his past (Basically a campaign speech) 5. How it's him against the Establishment (Basically a campaign speech) 6. How Biden has the endorsement of the Establishment and Billionaires (Basically a campaign speech) That is pretty much the summary of things, Nothing special....
