I was being serious. This things should have continued to explode in China but it has turned a corner. If it was not for SKorea data (tracker in pretty creative ways), they are probably much worse off today. The tech adv in tracking ability and speed along with machine alg (except here in the US - we are still mostly blind) has been successful in certain areas and probably in others as well... still early of course, but I think we would have already been in a pandemic and much worse economic situation if not for tech. Of course, this also have provided a valid reasons for gov to accelerate monitoring everyone for "health reasons"... which won’t happen here and EU.
Yes, and this is why many doctors will tell you in private that while it is something to be smart about, it isn't the doom and gloom being portrayed. Many of them have told me they believe the actual number of infected is far higher but the fatality rate is far lower.
Honestly these are the types of things Sanders should be hitting really hard on as an example of private industry controlling our government.
