Ok, they are missing their starting PG in Kemba, but we are playing at their home turf.

This is definitely a statement game that we can win in a locked down game.

These are the kind of wins/loses that build up a team's character for playoffs.

    Not blowout wins.

Harden has a mostly a bad game but picks up a steal and 2 free throws at the end to seal the game...

Yes, it has. Besides his on-court play, Westbrook gives you the same leadership that Paul did, but Harden will actually listen because of their close friendship. It also forced the Rockets to trade for an elite 3&D wing in Robert Covington, unlocking the best version of this team.

Roco with the good hand in the face (no fouling). Harden and Russ both get a tap on the ball, enough to let the clock run out.

That would've been a depressing loss after the absolutely amateur level of play in the last minute or 2 in regulation. How do you commit a turnover like that smh.

Huge win though, way to gut it out in OT. Covington came up huge on rebs/defense.

**** Hubie Brown. He was rooting for Boston the whole way. Whenever the Rockets got an offensive rebound he'd be like AWWW :(. Also kept saying Rockets got away with a foul. GTFO.

Good win but we almost lost. What I see time and time again is Harden doesn’t have a killer instinct. Unlike kobe or some of the greats how many close games do you see him settling for 3s late when we are up resulting in a bucket on the other end? It’s quite baffling and disconcerting. This cannot happen in the playoffs.

The Rockets won't beat any team in the playoffs if the play like the did tonight. You're just a homer fanboy...

But that's not the point we're making here. People were calling him a big choker and that the game was on him if we lost. Yeah, he shot badly and gave away a sloppy turnover. But he also stepped up at the end of the game to get a steal and get a fouling shot.... and making 2 free throws under real pressure, despite him knowing he wasn't playing nowhere near his best. That's the sign of a clutch player. I don't want to hear this "Harden is a real choker" anymore.

6 wins in a row and now the current longest winning streak in the NBA after the Lakers lost today

Harden should really follow Belichick’s strategy “winning favors the team that makes the fewest mistakes”. Phew. This was a strong hair pull and high blood pressure game. Brodie, Tucker and Covington were just absolute menace for the the opposing team.

Man...that was painful to watch. Rockets - mainly harden - needed to make things extra interesting towards the end lol.
