I suspect once secretary azar said this Amazon.com sold out of cloth masks... https://www.businessinsider.com/us-...-very-effective-preventing-coronavirus-2020-2
The sheer depths trump supporters like rush will go to defend trump and attack everyone else... a reminder that trump nominated Rosenstein (a republican). Dr. Messienner has an impressive bio: https://www.cdc.gov/about/modules/leadership/leaders/leadership-ncird.html
The increasingly absurd conspiracy theories perfectly fit the model of his base having become a cult. At some point, (and some may have passed that point), the cult leader essentially demands that you surrender your common sense, the input of your eyes and ears. All of it has to be handed over. It's very sad but at least we can learn from other cults.
People without money go to Ben Taub hospital and call ambulances all of the time and get taken care of. For things as minor as diarrhea. They never have to pay either.
Tax cuts and Coronavirus vaccines for the 1%. Let the rest eat cake... btw, I won't be too surprised if trump announces a new head of coronavirus response tonight...
Well, the VP is now in charge of the coronavirus outbreak. I hope that means Trump can go golfing and the VP has the green light to do what's needed without interference. Last thing we need is Trump just "winging" it against a deadly virus that is on the verge of going pandemic. Hopefully he understands that virus don't response to BS or conspiracy theory. So, Trump, get out of the way as you aren't capable of handling a real crisis that you didn't manufacture. There is one case in CA that is an unknown source. Indicate that local spreading might have already started.
What a strange rambling news conference. Trump basically covering his ass and patting himself on the back. 20 minutes into this show the health professionals give some real information.
@NewRoxFan I'm watching it live and he's handling it pretty well, you can't knock the man for every single thing when it seems like he is actually being honest and trying to do his best in a bad situation.
