We are going to have to agree to disagree here. I see what you are saying. But, he still used the same picture to follow his same narrative and feed the mob that he leads.

Stupid ass "fans" were probably never true fans.

Would be interesting to know their history.

Regardless, they are stupid for piling on.

“It also had a semblance of propriety, incorporating old-school, legal practices: A runner on base still had to use his own eyes before he could put the contraband information to good use.”

Uh excuse me? Is this some kind of my cheating isn’t as bad as your cheating bullshit?

    Yep...that's EXACTLY what it is.

It's okay if you rob the bank and carry the stolen cash out with your bare hands, but if you put the money in a sack and carry it out? Well, we're gonna have to clutch our pearls and fight off the vapors!

I'm tired of hearing about the Astros we need to be focusing on timely and relevant sports news primarily Manchester City and their disgusting behavior.

There's definitely never any whistling that goes on during a game in a stadium full of 40-something thousand people...during the World Series. That would certainly be out of the ordinary.

Maybe it's time for these sportswriters to take a look in greater detail at rampant drug use in MLB and what happened to Tyler Skaggs. I really thought that would be scrutinized thoroughly until this plot to taint the Astros and their fans was concocted. It's no secret that the Angels are full of druggies. Pujols and Trout evidently get a free pass on steroids. There own management team participated in providing various drugs to Skaggs and others even though it was never reported who the others were. If we scrutinized everything to the level that the sports media has the Astros no telling what we might find. At the very least it needs to come out who the other eight teams are, other than the Astros, Red Sox, and Yankees, that have been either proven or alleged to use various forms of sign stealing. I have a feeling there are quite a few hypocrites waiting to be discovered, many who are pointing the finger at the Houston Astros.

I love how this whole thing has been treated like it was a 100% foolproof plan. Yeah, I'm sure there's absolutely no chance of miscommunication when it being delayed between 2 or 3 (at least) people. I doubt there was as much of an advantage as all these media people are making it out to be. Some? YEah, probably, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it.

With these testimonials about how other teams have electronic systems in plqce, the self-righteous butthurt is starting to sound less "ruining the integrity of the game" and more "gotta get pay back for them getting a ring out of it then getting caught, thereby ruining it for everyone else."

That’s where I have the biggest problem. I have friends (a lot of Braves fans since I moved to Atlanta a while back from Houston), and the biggest gripe they have is “Don’t be mad when others accuse you of cheating, because the Astros set them selves up for it.” I get that. If the MLB wants to do their investigations (which they did) to make sure we didn’t cheat on ‘19, more power to them!

My problem starts when people say “Yes they definitely cheated in ‘19. This has more to do with the players coming out and saying it by the way. Don’t worry about Manfred’s full investigation to reveal there was no evidence of it. Forget players that left the Astros that have -no- reason to defend us said we didn’t. Forget all of that.

Again, I have no issue with people being curious, and suggesting we may have, but to say we definitely did with literally 0 facts to support it drives me crazy.
