Ok, Franklin is a project and not that young. He averaged a triple double in the bad CBA. But I do like that he had a quadruple double last year. That doesn’t mean we should pick him up now.

Our starters are ok now, the problem is on our bench players. We need to buy a good defence and able to shoot players.

He’s much better than Luc Mbah a Moute was on our squad. And carol all about fit. And he’d fit perfectly here

he would probably go to LA. in fact, I would say both LA teams and probably the raptors are ahead of us in the pecking order. so who's the 4th best buyout guy? does he even fit our system? will there even be 4 rotation worthy players bought out?

unlikely any help is coming until next year's free agency.

The real help the Rockets can use is plant-based diet

Dragon would be interesting. Same with Tyler Johnson. He is small but can catch and shoot the 3.

But are there any legitimate average 3 and D players out there?

What about Henry Ellenson in the G League? A Big that can shoot & rebound.

If Rockets cannot add vet upgrades like Harkless, Biyombo or Carroll then let's load up on young talented projects.

    6'6 Justin Anderson 7'0 wingspan (26 yrs)
    6'10 Jonah Bolden 7'3 wingspan (24 yrs)
    7'0 Dragan Bender 7'2 wingspan (22 yrs)
    6'3 Tyler Johnson 6'7 wingspan (27 yrs)

Anderson and Johnson have freakish hops, over 42".

Sign me up on Carroll. Has had a terrible season but I do think he is just not a good fit for San Antonio for whatever reason. Doesn't get much PT but I think he can add much needed depth and compete for Thabo's minutes/McLemore/and even House if he goes on a cold stretch. Can easily play PF or even C for stretches. Another guy like Covington that is a good all around player, solid defender, and makes plenty of hustle plays that go unnoticed that may help win you ballgames down the stretch. We can't have too many of those types of players IMO. Tucker, Covington, and Carroll can all be junkyard dogs on the defensive end and are all somewhat interchangeable at PF/C.

Obviously I'd say yes, but I would be surprised if the Spurs would buyout someone they know is going to go to their in-state rival. I haven't heard anything regarding a buyout for him anyway, it all seems like speculation because he's pissed off.

This is why it was flat out malpractice to avoid adding players via trade when there were multiple opportunities to do so. Just another instance of terrible roster management given the possibilities.

    But hey...Tilman saved money

    And yet...

Every single year, we "have a trade fall through" but it's fine because "we still have flexibility" and we "plan to be very active in the buyout market"

    Fraudulent
