    I think the right thing would have been for the players to lead the press conference. Jim Crane shouldn't have been talking. He did more damage to inflame the situation than anything. He's talking out of his ass and contradicting himself. If he knew nothing about it and is not a player, then why does what he says matter? The dude is a public relations nightmare.

    Agreed on Crane. He was terrible. But the Astros couldn’t have done anything right yesterday. The situation was going to be reopened and picked apart and subsequently destroyed no matter what they said. They went with the soft and gentle approach and got shredded so Carlos is coming back harder. Probably should have just come out with the guns yesterday.

    Spearheaded the cheating, should be banned for life: Beltrán, Cora

    CHEATED, should be suspended: Bregman, Correa, Springer, Gurriel, Marwin, Marisnick

    DID NOT CHEAT, but should have spoken up: Luhnow, Hinch, Altuve, Reddick, Verlander, Morton, Keuchel, Fiers, all other veteran pitchers and coaches

    DID NOT CHEAT, gets a pass: Kemp

    Rookies who could not have significantly cheated, and who would have had their careers ruined for speaking up: Moran, White, Centeno, Davis, Fisher, Stassi, Reed, all non-veteran pitchers

    Guys I want to hear from: Aoki, Gattis, McCann, Maybin
