That's one game. Harden has been known to have bad shooting games before. Before that, Harden was shooting great. He was actually the one who was shooting the most shots.... now it's Westbrook who is shooting our most shots every game. I just feel if you take Harden off the ball for long periods, he will start to go cold. He's never had another player in his team who wants the ball more than him.

I'm just saying, we're missing Harden's carrying. Despite Westbrook scoring all of those points in his last 13 games, we've only managed to win 5 games. Harden in the past would have won us like 10 of those 13 games if he was the main ball handler, especially if he's had the amount shots Westbrook has. I'm not having a knock on Westbrook. He's been great this season. I just don't feel Harden and Westbrook work well together at all.

 

How many times are we gonna get 3 straight fouls in a single possession. I swear this happens every game.

 

Harden is also the easiest star to double. Watch just a single game highlight of Kobe or Jordan in their primes and see all the variety of ways they got the ball and scored the ball.

 

Cause Harden is getting doubled. Thats why his shots are lower.

I know we are. You are right about that.

 

Then the other guys should be making their shots if they're wide open from it.

No other player in the league gets double teamed at half court as much as Harden ever has. Never seen it happen to Kobe, Jordan, Lebron.... or anyone of those greats. And don't start with, "oh, but they would just drive to the basket more quickly." No. Harden literally brings up the half court and they're already on him.

The Celtics are eerily similar to Utah. Really hard to blow them out. They always seem to go on a run. During the period when they are out of sort offensively, it's the time to punish them

 

They aren't as open as you claim. They still are getting contested in many of their attempts.

The 4vs3 advantage the Rockets get from a Harden double quickly disappears from our stationary offense.

 

Harden onnpace for another double double will being double teamed.
