    Complete set up job here, he acts like we haven’t seen this before wtf ? He won’t do it in front of a TV camera though just in case his “deals” fall through and he ends up dumping salary instead that way he can’t completely be dimes out in public with video evidence.. this guy is just awful ...

    Anderson? .... Nope, cannot keep him to trade for other salaried useful players..... in fact, trade assets to get rid of him.

    JaMychal Green and Garret Temple? ......... Owner gets cold feet.

    Sign Shumpert so the Rockets can have salaries to trade at the deadline (so they don't have to do things like trade Capela)?........ NOPE

    Expand the Westbrook trade and take back salaries to trade at the deadline?......... NOPE

    Suddenly the generous owner of the Rockets says "I'll pay the tax!".......... knowing damn well that the Rockets can only add very little in salary because he purposely closed all the loop holes.

    He has gone out of his way to avoid the tax with a team that was on the cusp of winning the title. No one is asking him to add salary to a non contending team. He inherited the best scorer in 30 years and the best player in the world and he screwed it up.
