LOL, so you really think hes just magically decided to suck like this when he never has in his whole career?

 

How many times do I have to say this.

A large part of why Harden gets trapped and doubled is because he just gives in and let's teams do it. He slowly walks the ball up barely beating the 8 second violation ROUTINELY and than stands and dribbles on one spot for 10 second stretches. And even when teammates set picks he hardly ever attacks them anymore and just waits for the switch while standing on one spot and dribbling.

He didn't do those things nearly as much in 17-18

 

I don't think the doubles are about Westbrook, it's about James potentially being the greatest scorer the game has seen. No other player in this league is guarded like James except maybe Steph curry. The constant doubles, box and one, shading etc... Is probably frustrating him a bit. They are forcing the ball out of his by any means. Westbrook is thriving off of this, but maybe it's time to try WB as the PG and James as the off guard. Let WB bring it up more and maybe try to get it to James on the move more.

I think we will figure it out, but damn I wish we would hurry up and sign a 4-5.

 

He also stated going REALLY down hill right after a 5 day rest for the whole team.

 

Dude I am beyond frustrated and concerned about James Harden as well but you are not even logical with him. Everybody on this website knows you strictly as “The Irrational Harden Hater”. You don’t even talk about the Rockets as a whole. You are nowhere to be found until he has a bad game, in which case you will go overboard with talk about how fat and slow he is. Every single time. He’s literally the greatest scorer of this era.

I am sure this January stretch has been beyond delightful for you, but it is old at this point, my dude. Get a new spin.

 

Not just those. He also had games during August and September.

You're trying to prove a point that he's out of shape by using a picture that was taken 2 months before the regular season even started. That's a pretty big nitpick.

 

Or maybe he got injured in the middle of a game....jesus.

 

The doubles come from the defense understanding Harden's usage rate and dominance with the ball. Steph doesn't make it easy on the defense to double and trap him because the dude runs like a Energizer bunny.

 

I can visually see him looking bigger dude during the season. Are the jerseys tighter or something? It's so obvious he gained weight compared to 17-18.

I've literally b****ed countless times about Dantoni rotations and his horrible coaching style.

You chose to see just the posts I criticize Harden.

And what is worse is that 90% of my posts about Harden are a result of people personally attacking my position with personal insults about me not being a "real rocket fan" and being a "Jeremy Lin only fan" and then going in a long back and forth because of the **** talking.

No one goes in a long back and forth with me when I complain about Dantoni or a bad Westbrook shooting night or a bad Capela night because we don't have nut riders for those guys.

 

I was very concerned after the Hawks games... and I even voiced my concern after the game. Got told I was talking crazy. He was shooting 6/8 in the first quarter.... and all of a sudden he went on a 3/25 shooting run. He hasn't been the same since. He could be injured, or it could be down to being out of rhythm due to Westbrook having the ball more because of all the double teaming. But all I know is, he hasn't looked right since.

We all know he's going to get back again. He's too good of a player not to. We just need to support him and help him through it. But we have too many haters that will quickly jump on him as soon as he has one bad game. They'll go back into their cave as soon as he comes back.

No. There's plenty of you guys out there in the real world.

We have one of the worst supporting teams out there. Look at how bad the stadium is most nights.

 

Westbrook didnt even play in the hawk game right ? I have no idea what's up with James. I do not think he was hurt when this started though he may be now. He will get right though I'm sure of it.

 

I always wanted to know what this board was like when Harden loss to a Kawhi- less spurs team in game 6? Or when the bench brought the rockets back against the clippers? I know the finger pointing was vicious when we missed 27 straights 3s lmaooo

 

Just put him on ignore. Man is irrational when it comes to his hatred for Harden. It's pretty pathetic honestly.

 

And yet I watch almost every game.

Stop this. This is pathetic. To suggest that criticism of him is putting him down. If that's the case, than he's a mentally weak player. And that is the narrative YOU are implying with that post.
