Maybe some of the republicans here can answer this. So, the reason the Bidens are so important in all of this is because if Biden or his son were doing something illegal, then it would justify Trump using American tax dollars, in the form of military aid, as a bribe to investigate the Bidens? Is that accurate? So, if Biden or his son were actually doing something illegal(nothing has been proven). Then what Trump did gets a pass? Is that the way Republicans view all this? Is that the argument being made?
Is there penalty for lawyers repeatedly telling lies in front of senate? Can they be charged with contempt?
