I just really don’t understand what he did. He clearly did something. MDA literally said in a press conference he locked up the backup center job. He hasn’t even played since that quote.
Do we know this already ? Yeah let’s put the 6’5” old dude who has battled like a warrior through ridiculous mins and nagging injury on the best defensive center in the game ... beginning to wonder Mike has pre-dementia
MDA is just hiding the talents of Hartenstein. As soon as the deadline passes i-Hart will be back in full effect!
Wtf does Mike D have against hartenstein? It's not like he hasn't played well. This is ridiculous man. I need some fukkin answers! I need someone to grill him on this subject seriously
This just confirms even more than MDA is a terrible coach. Does he honestly expect us to win any rebounds with that lineup?
If this is the case then the Rockets are very dumb because not only are they not showcasing Hartenstein at all, but they also have run Clint into the ground on a bad heel and have lowered his trade value after his production has died down.
That...actually makes sense to me as an excuse. But only a pathetically scared and impotent team would go to these lengths to avoid letting a guy play just in case he makes some mistakes. That's why I can believe it. That or MDA's actually a petty, immature, spiteful guy under his "Aww, shucks, let's all play cornhole" exterior, which is something I also find quite believable.
It makes sense if a trade is imminent that involves Hartenstein and not Clint (it's been a while since we've last seen him and this is unlikely, but we are about 10 days from the trade deadline now I believe). If Hartenstein were to go down or look bad, the trade would go up in flames too. It happens like that sometimes; ask Iguoodala if you don't believe me. But I'm only guessing--not making excuses. I want to see him play and am tired of the short rotations too.
Harden is so lazy he only practises the shorter corner 3s. Doesn't have the work ethic to shoot the extra distance.
They have finally decided to take the right approach to harden. You can’t keep riding you’re best player into the ground every year.
