It seems like James is playing hurt

Now I'm more than convinced the Rockets are run by a bunch of morons. After that 3rd quarter knee / thigh injury, Harden should have never gotten back into the game. Our athletic trainer and MDA have no balls to bench the guy, and trust me, Harden is a gamer, he doesn't know better either.

    Got Damn.

A decade of injury riddled superstars wasn't enough to convince you before? If anything I'm surprised Harden managed to last as long as he did.

It wouldn't surprise me that knee has been bothering Harden for a while, which is why his form has dipped. Yet MDA still wants to play him.

Why not give him a week off and let him recover? I know Harden wants to play, but MDA is the coach and the coach should know better. MDA has been carried by Harden so much that he's willing to risk Harden getting injured for a long time just so he can bail him out.

Judging by the box score, James needs to sit for a little while. Clearly he has some nagging injuries

Rox medical staff diagnosed a grade 2 muscle tear but Mike Danito overruled then with a grade 1 "Boy I tell ya, when it rains it pours!"

    So..he played.

Looks like Feigen asked Harden. “Will check with him shortly.”

Mike: my daddy used to say the best way to treat a Charley Horse was to get back on the Horse.

'cept he said it in Italian, so it was more like "Si, cavalcare, si". Anyway he's going to play, we'll watch his minutes to make sure he's below 50 minutes a game this weekend

Seems like Harden didn't do any post game interviews in the locker room

Yeah he did. Just posted. But we don’t see him getting asked about getting dinged

I hope he sits out the all star game.

Need him healthy for the stretch run.

I think they might be worse than morons.
Knowing precisely what would happen, they are neglecting it. Still doing it.

If this was a competent organization he wouldn't play another second until after the break .

But we aren't, so 40 MPG incoming.

If he was injured, they'd report it. He's just playing badly

He’s been hurt for a while now..why did his “knee sleeve” on his left knee all of the sudden disappear a few games ago? He’s too much of a baller to say anything, which is where competent coaching\management would intercede and sit his ass down to save him from himself
