It's time to clean house and hire a GM. Let the GM choose his coach and organizational structure below him. Billy O had multiple chances and blew them all. Did some good things and embarrassed the city on multiple occasions. Time to move on. Fire the whole lot of leadership and move forward.

Any competent boss would say "retire or we fire you", and give them a day or 2 at most. It's been a week.

    Clowney needs surgery again.

The game fell away once they went prevent defense which doesn't prevent anything most of the time for any NFL team.

I'm actually alright with Weaver getting a shot.

I just hope we get someone in here to manage the cap before all the money-giving starts happening.

As long as he calls a blitz here and there and not have the DBs 15 yards back on 3 and 6 I’m ok.

I don't know whether Weaver would actually be a good DC or not. But it feels like the kind of incestuous hire that bad teams do. Here's our under performing D with a DL that doesn't generate a pass rush. Let's promote the DLine coach.

Or a D-line coach that turned Reader into one of the best NT in the league. And got the most out of guys like Brandon Dunn and Angelo Blackson.

Not to mention how quickly he developed omenihu as well.

    Yawn...

So O’Brien still runs the offense and the assistant to the 70 year old DC now runs the defense.

If O’Brien thinks he can control Caserio I’m sure he will be be paired with the creepy reverend to do exactly what O’Brien wants and mental and emotional midget Cal McNair will stay away counting his money and living life as a River Oaks socialite.

Weaver isn't exactly the shake up I was hoping for but any move is better than no move at this point.

Weaver will be a good HC. I can see him going to a conference championship before B.o.B
For the sake of everything that is holy, find a way to contain the pick routes. Chiefs had a series where they ran 9 of them in a row according to Baldinger.

Let's hope he's able to scheme a pass rush better than Romeo. It is a very yawn move, but I've always liked Weaver and will give him a chance.
