    National TV game tonight/fine for resting (not sure of exact NBA regulations on that), wanted to play against Carmelo? All I can think of. From a pure strategy standpoint though it makes no sense- they needed him much more against an on fire Memphis than Portland.

    Maybe they thought he would be better fresh coming off a tough win in Memphis while everyone else is a little sluggish......now only half of that will be true

    Yeah that's possible, kind of gambling a bit. Wish they would've switched it though, with our D, Memphis' offense scared the **** out of me. Needed all hands on deck to outscore them. Now have to quickly refocus to avoid a really troubling sweep on a back to back- I'm sure they'll take care of business though, maybe a fresh Westbrook will be that spark they need.

    We'll probably win comfortably and Harden will probably get a lot of points, but I have no faith in this team to even get a decent win streak anymore.

    House, Rivers and Tucker have been pretty much useless in the offense this season. Tucker has only scored 23 points in his last 7 games for us. He's also 3/24 from the 3pt in his last 9 games.

    We can't afford to gamble. Harden's supporting cast is worse this season.... and players like House, Rivers and Tucker are way out of form this season.

    MDA is seriously losing us games this season.

    Eh, they’ve had plenty of these “must win” games against obviously inferior teams that they just choose not to care about.

    Tonight is no different. Even if they win, they’ll just drop some other game to some other trash team in a week or so. That’s the story of this team.

    Hopefully they at least give the home crowd a win.

    Of course, he plays the minutes of a young superstar in his prime, but he is 34 years old and has to guard centers every night. His legs must be shot.
