I'll be honest. I didn't watch the last 2 games, because I am sick of our forwards and lack of umph. I'd rather see the twin towers than this small ball BS 9 blocks to 1. That's ridiculous..

On the bright side, remember when Clint was shooting 48% at the FT line awhile back? These last 7 games he has been 24 of 28. It's like he has done a 180. I mean 86% is awesome. Let's hope he has finally fixed that broken wrist once and for all

Now, put the shorties back on the bench and add some guys with wingspans who are NOT afraid and incapable of driving it in and putting more points on the board. Otherwise, it's gonna be yet another year falling short. (Pun intended)

I don't get it. Something hurt? Something wrong at home? Disease or other disorder?

He's playing much worse than he did last year, and it's not like he secured the bag by NBA standards, so what is it? He can't be played if he's going to only do this.

I guarantee you elite role players like Robert Covington would perform worse in this system if all he's going to do is stand on one spot of the floor and watch Harden iso dribbling exhibitions.

Apparently this is your first Rockets game ? That happens numerous times every game especially games he isn't shooting well in (which has been many since the new year started). I realize he can't do it a;ll and this team has tremendous glaring weaknesses and holes, but that style of play in't gonna get it done

    Finally someone who gets it.

We have no choice but to let Harden have the ball for as much as possible, so he can make things happen. His supporting cast is pretty much useless.

I've also noticed a lot this season that Harden is forcing way more shots than he usually does. Not surprising when you have nobody around you to make things happen. He's shot badly in 3 of his last 4 games..... 2 of those were without Westbrook. Not a coincidence anymore.

Do you consider 'the whole playoffs' to be 'our whole playoffs' or, the 'whole' playoffs?

Because 'our whole playoffs' and the 'whole' playoffs are two very different things.

Do you want to contribute your $50 to the tip jar now or?

Clutchfans was out here trying to get that dough for the hometown homie and he's at Whataburger everyday. You hate to see it. Patty Melts doom the gains. onion rings not conducive to a moist jumper.

I think we can assume by your posting history of what takes you disagree with, what you consider "horrible". It has nothing to do with an objective take on what "horrible" is.

Yep. And just think, we're only into year two.... it's going to get much, much, much worse the longer this clown is the owner.

God damn it man. What did we all do to deserve this.

    Agreed.

37 shots is just way too much, he never even adjusted in the 4th, just kept jacking brick after brick like 9 in bricks in a row it felt like. I don’t think he made a single basket that last quarter. The rookie Morant going 10-11 for 26 points was way more efficient, he really outplayed Harden.

Austin Rivers is probably our top perimeter defender.....and that is pretty damning. This team is going nowhere fast ladies and gentlemen. We need a major shake-up in the coaching staff AND roster. I would say that Capela is the most likely guy to move but we literally don't have a developed player behind him.

Because you need a well-established system that is continuously practiced. It has to become muscle memory. You can't just arbitrarily turn on a completely different style in the middle of the game. Hence when Harden is on the bench, this team has to rely on far lesser players filling the Harden role of iso dribbling.

The Rockets were really good and we didn’t feel the parity, but among lower ranked teams there absolutely was.

3-9 in the west finished within 2 games of each other and the 10th team was only 5 games out of the playoffs.

We are right in the mix of the cute teams that are really good, but highly unlikely we win a ring. Not playing at the level they have this season.
