Dude, part of the deal with Iran was unfreezing their assets. It's the same deal Trump would hypothetically make if Kim agreed to international nuclear arms inspectors in his country. That's what happens in deals. The bad state actor that is attempting to create nuclear arms gets their sanctions lifted and their assets unfrozen when the bad state actor gives into inspections and agrees to cease enriching uranium to weapons grade levels.

Becsuse if a deal with Iran wasnt in place we would have seen a much different response from Iran. Iran had zero intention to cause any damage after such a catastrophic event occurred by killing its second in command. I will guarantee you any tipjar bet that a deal will be in place by end of year.

A secret deal is in the word that makes Iran less likely to escalate to the point of commiting mass casualties of American troops or Iran showed some level of restraint because they didn't want to force Trump's hand in attempting forceful regime change. Regime change was never going to occur in Iran unless USA invaded Iran by ground. The regime there still has very strong backing from the clerks in Iran. Theres definitely a handshake deal in place and only time will tell. This is just my opinion. Ive studied Iranian politics for decades now and this has a deal written all over it. India doesnt wanna negotiate because there too busy pushing their hindu agenda.
You are either trolling or delusional. Iran definitely has cause for concern to believe that a strike that creates mass casualties of US troops would be the spark that led to a land invasion. They aren't going to take that risk unless Trump escalated further. There is absolutely zero evidence of a backroom deal and given that American presidents have term limits, Iran would rather wait it out to negotiate with someone who doesn't withdraw from a deal they were complying with. Many Iranian citizens don't hate westerners. That doesn't mean they don't hate Trump for enacting sanctions again after their side was complying with a deal that allowed Western investments in their country.
I think it's reasonable here seeing as @astros123 is using North Korean state tv levels of spin to paint Trump as a genius for creating a problem that didn't exist before and "solving it" and in this case "solving it" merely means short term escalation has ended.

I never said that Trump wasnt a dumbass for retreating from the original deal. Iran has done alot for fighting against Isis and has helped stablized Iraq more then some know. Trump is a idiot for withdrawing from the original agreement and theres no doubt about that. Ive been following Iranian politics for decades now and i just sense that a 12th hour deal was made that none of us know. I have contacts in the Pakistani army and was made aware that Khan and his army staff were in constant talks with Iran throughout the night. Theres more to this story then we know.
