But it isn't an either/or situation between cultural sites and civilians. This is actually something that can be planned and also have a dozen contingency plans as well. Moral high ground should be a given and not something that is narrowly squeaked out for us. Geez, man. Set your sights a little higher.
I know right, EVERYTHING should be on the table. We don’t need any checks and balances or separation of powers. We don’t need a Constitution or rules of engagement or Geneva Convention. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE ON THE TABLE...and if someone doesn’t agree their Patriotism should be questioned and maybe they should be forced to comply.
He is a special kind of dumbass, 3 years from now they will all be up on charges for something especially dumb because they believe everything they read from twitter followers. You know he was the one guy in the group who everybody else laughed at.
No one is talking about the leaked email the same day of the assassination that clearly states hours before his Ukraine phone call he advised to have the aid held up and his own subordinates question to legality of it as it occurred. The DOD officials went as far as to question whether they were insulated enough from Trump’s action and e-mails that the DOD was unanimous that the aid never should have been held up. Further the actions the administration took to hide the material even after a court order was entered isn’t being discussed but it should... instead, on the same date of the release of the documents Trump choose to assassinate someone in a foreign country.
I really think he has miscalculated on this, nobody knows this guy and now they are giving cred to the intelligence agencies to make him out to be the spawn of satan. Even ol Tucker is questioning this?
Whatever, I don’t care if he has a Crusader Cross. The Crusades were not a black and white issue and the objective was to take back areas that were captured by force by Islam to begin with. The Crusades were many hundreds of years ago and honestly I think too much deference is given to Islam sensitivities on the issue as they committed many atrocities in that same period as well. There are Crusader Crosses in numerous Catholic Churches as well. There have even been movements claiming that the Cross is a symbol of oppression to Jews. Im far more concerned with bombings and wars killing innocent people than whether a Cross is offensive or any major symbol is Judeism or Islam being offensive to Christians.
The Jerusalem cross is being used by white power dummies now? And the biggest a s s of them all Jr? Sigh
Crusaders where not taking back anything, they never owned those lands in the 1st place. I agree that the cross is not that important but I don't know where you see this deference is being given. The crusaders were invaders point blank and religion was just a cover to pillage.
You have a much better recollection than me. I posted it mainly because I know most news outlets won't even report it. Not because they're biased, but because his father's got them on overload reporting his own "actions."
Of course you fail to mention that not a single American was killed by Iran or their proxies during the nuclear deal. We had peace and threw it away. You also forgot to mention how threatening to attack the culture of a nation isn't defensive, it's offensive and sick, it's also openly racist. But hey, you're bigotexxx so it's all good with you!
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byzantine–Seljuq_wars Just dropping this here... don't want to get into it. Maybe this too... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Tours
No way in hell you know that to be true or not. I would have preferred we stuck with the nuclear deal but... You don't know if these were Iran backed.... Oct 1 2017 Spc. Alexander Missildine, 20, of Tyler, Texas, was killed when an improvised explosive device exploded near his vehicle in Ninawa Province, Iraq. He joined the Army right after high school and had been in Iraq for less than a month, working as a motor transport operator, when he was killed. April 29, 2017 Army Lt. Weston Lee, a 25-year-old platoon leader with the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division, was killed on April 29 when an improvised explosive device exploded while he was on a patrol outside the northern Iraqi city of Mosul. A 2014 graduate of the University of North Georgia, he was on his first deployment.
That is definitely not a good explanation... it was far more complex than that. Here is a short video with bad artwork but a good fast explanation. Basically it wasn't some clear "let's go pillage" movement.

Those deaths were in a part of Iraq that is dominated by Sunnis so most likely caused by Sunni extremists who are also the enemy of Iran. That said I have no doubt that Iran through it's proxies has been working against the US and US interests. That still doesn't mean that it was necessary to escalate the conflict in this manner.
