New Orleans had 4 guys with at least 25 points.

 

No lol he doesn't suck. He's a great driver to the rim and finisher. It's just that skillset is kinda redundant on this team.

 

I'd agree with running different plays or whatnot, but only if we had a better depth or talent. Our team is average. Harden turns our average team into a winning team. People keep complaining about us using an isolation style of play, but it's what makes us win most of our games. If we were to switch it up and run pass and movement type of style, I guarantee we're a much worse team. As I said, having Harden on the ball less will hurt the team..... which is what you're asking him to do if you run that style of play.

Yeah, we did great for 3 quarters, but old habits came back into play in the 4th quarter. Lack of effort and no defense. MDA looked clueless when they gained momentum. The Pelicans are not a bad team, but I wouldn't say they're a good team either. So getting blown out in the 4th quarter is pretty bad.

 

Great effort for three quarters but eventually the talent gap was far to big of a bridge to overcome. Loved the big Germans game so that was a big positive and his continuous improvement will pay dividends in the future. Clemons still has to get better on his drive and dish game but that will come. Talent is there

Overall we have been spoiled by Harden just going crazy and getting us wins and games like this shows out even more. Get better James

 

Nah, you’re not wrong. From to game I never know what I’m going to get from Him, Ben or House. Lowkey they’re the ones holding us back.

 

Tends to happen when you just let them shoot wide open 3pt shots. Except, most of our guys tend to brick wide open 3pt shots most nights.

 

Good to see which players are worth a damn on our roster. Ben mac austin rivers hartenstein clark might all be relocated. Too many redundant pieces and tonight showed we are not as deep as we think we are.

 

The offense would work so much better with more motion. Harden can set hard ass screens and so can Tuck. Movement will role players more engaged. Then finally in the fourth when the other team is tired chasing everyone around, iso the crap out of them.

 

Rockets did a good job only allowing 127.. Smh

There isn't an excuse for that even considering injuries.

 

And still he’s outplayed everyone in several games this season. Smh

 

I'm so close to giving up on this pathetic team for the time being, especially given that I'm not from Houston anyway. I'll probably just wait out until MDA's cancerous ass is booted. Rockets homers are cute losers, always bringing up moral victories. No one cares about how hard these players played for 3 quarters. It's always the W or L that matters, and the fact is that they completely fell apart in the 4th quarter. If we had a decent coach, he'd figure out something, but basically, the players were bailing him out with their hot shooting. That's basically his offense time and time again: keep shooting 3s. Incredibly complex strategy.

 

Rockets are super guard heavy right now.

Wonder how dantony is gonna contruct the rotation when the squad is fully healthy. Harden, russ, and gordon are all gonna play 30+ minutes.

 

I guess both the Rox and Texans have/had the same excuse today..we gonna see the reality real soon starting with the Texans 1st matchup in the playoffs in the coming days

 

Well, the Antoni does not coach D, so whatever effort would be futile.

He is a Harden ultra lite with more athleticism, less smarts and no shooting.
I am glad he pushes the pace.

Agreed. I think the coach should make the players execute that game plan.

 

The next two games against the Nuggets and the 76ers will show us where we stand
