    Trump breaks everything he touches. Him forcing hacks into the 5th circuit all but ensures every big case they try ends up going to the Supreme Court eventually like every other case to the point it’s going to break the judicial system just from a process standpoint.

    His goal is to break the system and gain absolute power. Trumpsters seem ok with Heir Trump.

    does this mean someone who is assaulted at a trump rally could sue trump? or someone who is assaulted by a neo-nazi (very fine person) could sue trump?

    When you're approving attorney's that haven't even tried cases for lifetime positions as federal judges that's really my biggest concern. It's gonna be very difficult if not impossible to undo the damage he's doing to the judiciary branch.

    That is the precedent but since the courts are pro-Trump in all likelihood the would protect him.
