Rockets twitter getting petty again.

We're getting our mojo back!

 

Our improved defense (and Bjelly's terrible shot selection) let us hang in there when the basket suddenly shrank by half it's size in the 4th. While I do like blowouts just like everyone else, I'm happy that we could stymie the Kings' run when we needed to. For some reason I didn't have that weird pit-in-the-stomach feeling that I had during the Spurs game and last season's Net's game...I guess it's the confidence I have in the team.

I love Westbrook's efficiency as of late as well. Looks like those fingers healing really did make a significant difference to his game. Clint needs to rest that heel up, he was trying his hardest but really didn't have the lift he usually has today.

The Kings are actually a pretty good team at home, though, and we played a mediocre game overall. Despite that, we still won without too much stress. I'm feeling pretty good about the team, and more depth is about to arrive in the form of a sweet shooting, explosively fun guy.

 

No **** lol, when you add a star player you need to give them time to adjust to the teams style and ee lost an important piece in EG + House got injured for a bit, I still believe in this team.

Like I said it all depends on which EG we get, and I don't know if I trust Faried.

 

Why are our guys playing 40 minutes?

 

I still remember Troy Daniels’killing shot in our playoffs. He would have not played any time if MDA were our head coach then.

 

Clint missed like 10 bunnies. I didn’t know he was injured

 

Even with Gordon I want a guy that can just hit at a high percentage with passable defense with decent height. More of a small forward. I trust Faried to give Tucker less minutes.

 

Yeah and was he supposed to do the interview instead of house?

 

Because Russ was not allowed to play hoops all summer. Try to keep up. These are athletes.

Clemons, Harts, and Chandler can’t get any playing time.

If these dudes can’t get D’Antoni’s trust in games against trash team, I don’t know when they can.

 

Made it hard on ourselves but harden hit that three on trevors grill to ice it. The harden and Westbrook show was pretty good again tonight.

 

Also Clint had no lift tonight was clearly injured and should be rested against the woeful warriors

 

Honestly....it wasnt the defense that was the problem during that run, it was the offense. I thought our defense went pretty well tonight.

 

The only thing I would criticize him for is not playing Gary enough, things get tight and Mike starts to lose faith in him too early. Other than that its like.....who are gonna put in, you know? Im not a big believer in Harty I guess....maybe he needs more minutes?

Not sure but that transition to the interview seemed a bit awkward so I don't doubt it.
