Tire inflator, shovel, small tool set, tow rope, a big first aid kit with extra gloves and CPR masks, reflective triangles, flashlight with extra batteries, knife, a book on wilderness first aid, and this book in case I come across a potential hazmat scene. The latter is great for identifying placards and securing safe distances. A new version comes out this year. They are cheap and everyone ought to have one, if just to have your passengers read the placards and note how much bad stuff is traveling around in 18-wheelers.
I didn't watch it when it first came out but binge-watched it a few years ago. Great show. A buddy of mine did scene scouting and stood in a few times for Cranston when they were framing up shots and stuff. He has a great photo where he is doing this:

I probably shouldn't mention this, but he's my next door neighbor (living under an assumed name) and we've gotten close over the years. Sharing cookouts, getting each other's mail, and stuff like that. He dropped some cash and broke an ankle on the jump but still made away with enough money to smartly invest and parlay into a comfortable life. He says he hasn't worked a day since. We both agree we would have asked for more money and, ideally, not broken an ankle.
