On the real though, this team really needs Fat Gordon to be his old self when he returns.

 

A lot of the media had similar issues with his the OKC front office and coaching staff handled Westbrook. They coddled him and enabled him to continue on with his bad habits too afraid that a course correction in his play style to improve his efficiency would cause him to want to leave. Westbrook was all OKC had for half a decade and they really worshiped him in OKC. Caused a lot of bad habits to develop for Westbrook.

 

If this Rockets team isn’t giving every indication that they need help, then I don’t know what team has. Their flaws in personnel are so incredibly obvious and yet the owner has done everything possible to keep his GM from getting the players to solve the issues.

My guess is dummy will keep slamming a a square peg against a round hole until the last minute and then throw a tantrum for his GM to fix it. It isn’t happening, it is too late... you reap what you sow.

 

Rockets should beat the Spurs handily. Of course people are more upset about this, especially after the 22 point choke. What’s your point here?

 

Harden is having his playoff Harden game.

He's concussed or drunk or went to the club.

Pop and the Spurs just own D'Antoni/Harden.

 

Well now you are moving goal posts. I said his horrible shooting nights aren't rare and now you concede that. Just say that he sometimes overcomes horrible shooting nights by going to the line. Actually he does that a lot. A lot of his prolific scoring nights are from high fta with poor shooting splits.

Nah.... he's had a few shitty nights this season. Heck, his 3 or 4 games of the season were bad, but he somehow picked his form up and started shooting great.

It wouldn't surprise me if Harden comes out in the 2nd half and bangs in like 40 points and makes most his shots. When Harden gets hot, there's no stopping him. The problem is getting off his cold shooting run at the moment. Although, he did make his last 2 shots.

 

Let’s hope his guy for GM isn’t named patrick

After the double over time loss, and Hardens no basket, the Rockets should be playing like their hair is on fire. No pride in this Rockets team. Only Westbrook looks like he gives a damn. If Morey is not on the phone, then he should be fired. Along with half this team. Defense is all about desire. This team looks like they could care less. An old, short team. Maybe a quick trade or two would wake this team up.

 

No. I'm not. I've been talking about the same thing the entire time. You did not say his horrible shooting nights aren't rare. You said nights like this aren't rare. Also, you're citing EFG but his True Shooting Percentage is higher than every star player other than KAT. Do you know why? Because he finds a way almost every night. That's why tonight is an extremely rare night.

 

You really think that's going to solve the glaring weaknesses this team has ?? I think we are about to go on a massive losing streak that sees us tumble down to 500 ball really quickly
