He turned the squid temperature down to 22 degrees. That was key! Much like a Gary Clark three.

I liked how the interdimensional squid generator had a handy temperature control knob, like a sous-vide cooker.

Like GoT, it maybe wrapped up a little too quickly. This episode could have been two episodes, or one long episode of 1 hours 20 minutes.

Or like The Dark Knight Rises which could have been two 2-hour movies, given all the characters. "Mirror Guy" was given a cameo in the last episode; Laurie was a little robbed, too, at the end.

But kudos to HBO for putting together such an intriguing miniseries. You couldn't say it was ordinary.

Wasn’t into this show the first few episodes, but it really came together and ended up as something great. Good stuff, HBO.

Thought it was gonna be a fool’s errand, but it was my favorite show of the year. Kudos to all involved.

Now I’m imagining Dr Manhattan using a sous-vide on that baby lake.

The Lube Man slide? 100% real, no CGI involved.

“It was wild. It was wild just to see the guy do it. I was like, ‘Yo, that's bananas!’” King enthused. “And it was cold as **** that day. So he's out there in that polyurethane, whatever it was that he had on, and he did that, and that was amazing. … They built that little drain so that he can slide in it. But yes, that was an actual stunt.”

i know im late to the game here, but i just finished it last night and thought it was great. also, watching it with everything going on right now seemed timely.

    couple questions i have...

did dr. m trick veidt into wanting to go to europa? did he get him to accept thru hypnosis similar to will getting don johnson to hang himself?

also, i think i know, but i want to confirm...angela knew all along that cal was actually dr. manhattan, correct? or was she suffering from temporary amnesia as well?

at the ending i was expecting for angela to try and walk on water only to just fall in the pool. that would have been pretty funny.

i saw the movie when it came out and although i enjoyed it, i had never read the comics so it was kind of confusing. ill definitely rewatch it soon.

ive never read any graphic novels, but i just ordered the complete series on amazon. cant wait to read it!

Graphic novel is really good. I loved the series. Definitely much easier to enjoy and understand if you have seen the movie (mediocre) or read the graphic novel

There will be a Season 2, with a different show runner. Will be curious to see who will take up the challenge.

Doesn't make it amazing or anything, but it definitely makes it better.

Finally got around to watching this show and I can't believe it took me so long.

1 episode left and it's the best thing I have watched in a while.

Interesting to see how they wrap it all up before I give it a grade and comment on it as a whole.

Got the tone of the comic correctly which I was worried about.

Great show, was not expecting it to be anything good after that travesty of a movie.

Don't think it needs or will ever get a season 2.
