Missing Gordon and Westbrook here to create thier shots. Let Rivers and Clemons create offense, set picks and let him come off ball, I need Clemons to play like he did in college, take the reigns confidently.

 

Going to need 70 at this rate!

 

Despite the fatigue factor.. still expecting Rockets to play better, and win by 8.

House needs to step up, plus one more guy besides Harden.

AND A COACHING STAFF THAT IS FAILING TO DEFINE ROLES WHEN THE STARS ARE NOT THEIR

 

Do they get opportunities to even run a offense without those two dominating the ball? Where do you expect them to practice it and get the muscle memory to excel at it?


Like I said before, this team has no plan b.

The bench was just not playing hard enough. That's all it was. I'm glad MDA didnt bring back Harden after that last timeout. I hope he doesn't panic in the 2nd half.

Saying MDA needs not to panic is just not gonna happen.

Hartenstein guarding a PF on the perimeter is not that awful . He’s better at sliding his feet and staying straight up and down than most people give him credit for

His biggest weakness is for sure on offense .

Which is why I’m surprised we haven’t just let him shoot. He must be awful in practice , but they are gonna leave him wide open.

I think we have 3 “prospects” Clark , maclemore , and Hartenstein. Despite Clemons good game I just think he’s too small , maybe he can get hot from time to time but I doubt he sticks around in the nba (just my opinion)

Of the 3 , I’m lowest of Hartenstein right now. He hasn’t found a niche yet . He’s got to become above average at something . He’s not strong enough to be a force inside right now . He’s OK defensively but he isn’t athletic enough to be great there. Almost by default we should let him try and shoot . I don’t get why we haven’t yet ?

Idk why that wasn’t the case in the gleague either . We should have had him practicing 3’s vs pick and roll . Alley oops in g-league don’t translate to nba , but 3’s are the same ...

Anyways , rant over . I thought tonight would be a good night to get him minutes because I’d like to avoid pj playing 35 mins on a B2b , but if the game stays close that’s whats gonna happen :/

Rockets perimeter defenders purposefully let the offensive player drive past them acting like they got Hakeem Olajuwon in the paint. They don't. They need to stop that. But they won't because they have Mike and Tony as coach.
