    Don't get any ideas Russ.

Unless you are both can guarantee to turn up the defensive efficiency and production. Then, maybe.

I have a sneaky suspicion we might trade Capela for Love

Capela's salary alone doesn't get Love.
Unless they're trading Tucker & Capela OR Westbrook, they don't have the salary.

    Unlikely.

    Capela and NENe gets Love

I would also throw in a first rounder for Kevin Porter Jr.

He may have a $10M cap number or cap hit but his salary for trade is only $2.5M.

    • 2019 Likely incentives: $7,435,247 -- 1) $2.435M for playing at least 10 games and 52+ wins; 2) $2.5M for playing at least 25 games and 52+ wins; 3) $2.5M for playing at least 40 games and 52+ wins
    • 2019 outgoing/incoming salary for trade purposes is $2,564,753
    • 2020 non-guaranteed, fully guaranteed on 02/15/20
    • 2020 Likely incentives: $7,307,009

I'm convinced some people just want to see a trade happen because it's cool to see a trade happen.

That might be the case for a few.

    But ,KLove provides ELITE ...

    Shooting
    Rebounding
    Passing
    Post game

And, his defense is much better thank folks give him credit for. Good position defender...esp. in the post.

Make no mistake though, it's the first four that will help make the Rockets a well oiled machine.

His talent has been hidden by LBJ, and injury. Cleveland has also been waiting to try to move him...here we are.

GSW spent well over the luxury tax to win a couple of rings. Despite how our owner seems to be cheap or frugal about the situation. Can we just take on a contract like that on some f*ck it type ish and pay luxury tax?

I don't think Love sucks or anything, and i think he would fit here, it's just that i see a lot of "i'd trade X for Y in heartbeat" without considering what we can realistically get and if it's actually worth it, it's not even just about Love but in general like, for Covington, Crowder, Iggy...people would give away players and picks like there's no tommorrow, and for me that doesn't really make sense, at least in some case.

KLove is the perfect big for this offense, defensively we might as well hope and pray, but I'm all in on KLove
