I don’t understand the harden hate seriously...Are people going to forget about Kobe being a notorious ball hog? People acting like he wasn’t a black hole. Kobe was also on an island playing hero ball just like harden. The thing about Kobe was he took such difficult mid range/fade-aways. I know the era has changed but I’d rather be 6 for 16 from 3s than 6 for 16 taking mid range shots.
Saw chuck talking about the rockets and it triggered me. He act like we didn’t get screwed over by the ref and almost beat the best team that was ever assembled. But before all this he also said that he doesn’t believe a jump shooting team would win a chip as well, and the warriors proved him wrong.

    just a small rant.

I feel this way sometimes too, but the man has 5 rings which makes him extremely hard to knock. Did it all without changing teams like LBJ, Durant and many others have had to do.

Was the league just significantly easier to win a championship in for Kobe's era? Certainly, his first 3 were with prime Shaq, but his second 2 was just with Pau Gasol and role players. We give the world to Hakeem for bringing us two championships, hard to knock Kobe with his playoff success.

The Gasol Lakers had a .670 winning percentage without Kobe IIRC
